I got a call from my parents last night telling me my younger brother is getting married next month on 15th. I really want to go back for the wedding but since it's not planned and because we spent so much money for the car accident thing, now our saving really doesn't look good at all for Jeff and I to go back.
We're looking for a cheap air ticket to Malaysia, the cheapest I could find is on bootsnall.com for USD$980(not included tax). Now I have no problem trusting this website/company because this is where I got my ticket to fly back to Malaysia early in January this year. I did the expedia, orbitz, cheaptickets, cheapoair and almost every one of them but bootsnall.com is the cheapest I can find. Still, I think it won't hurt to throw the question out to see anybody has better idea where else I could get cheap air ticket to go back to Malaysia.
Another way I have read is to be a courier, where you sacrifice your cargo space for a company's documents they want you to bring with you to deliver it to the destination. In return you could get 20% to 60% off your air ticket. You could read more here, or here. Or google it. But again I'm not sure how hassle it could be after 911, also most of the destinations I see is Bangkok, Singapore, HK but no Kuala Lumper :( Do you or anyone you know have travel by air courier?
I'm excited for my brother, but also kinda sad that I might not be able to be there :( I'm praying God will let me know I should go back or not.

wow......ur bro has the same wedding day as my cousin. I'm going back to HK on the 13th. I got the ticket from the agency in NY. It's usually cheaper to get the ticket in the ageny in NY chinatown than online ar.
you can email me if you need more information. I dunno if u travel from NC will be cheap if u get the ticket from NY ar.
